Nelson Mandela’s famous quote about Education can also be applied to global health. Prevention education may be the main means for the continued improvement of global health.  In 50 years life expectancy has improved by 30 years. Almost all of the increase has been due as the result of prevention. Most of prevention is the sharing of knowledge, if we could harness the information revolution we could have a profound effect on health.
