The Supercourse in the past few years has exploded with close to 60 thousand faculty. These faculty have contributed over 4000 lectures on global health and prevention.  Volunteers have translated lectures into 31 languages. We have over 500 lectures translated in Spanish, and 34 in Arabic, for example.  We have been distributing the Super via several means to bridge the digital divide. One way has been to create 42 mirrored servers around the world. There is so much server space, even in developing countries, the mirrored servers are shared virtually for free.  The Library of Alexandria and the World Health organization have distributed a BA supercourse DVD to all medical, public health, and nursing schools, as well as all medical libraries.  WHO, the Library and us are asking the schools to copy the DVD for all faculty and students. This has been quite successful with over 400,000 faculty and students receiving a DVD. We work very closely with the Library of Alexandria to build an OIC supercourse.  There has been considerable interest in our lectures as they have taught over a million students in 12 months. Our H1N1 Just in Time lecture was seen be over 50 million people primarily because CCTV, the major Chinese Television show picked it up. Our Just in Time lectures typically are viewed as much more credible then local news and government.  We believe that it is essential to publish, and we have been quite successful in the leading journals.
