We have grown rapidly for several reasons. Clearly almost no one is opposed to global health. Our effort is really very simple, obvious and transparent.  We have been able to recruit some of the leading scientists in the world.  We have developed a flat hierarchy, where we all health each other, and in doing this we are helped also.  We have built this as a two way street, some of our best scientific lectures come from developing countries. This is an important example of democratic values, there is no censorship, there is freedom of scientific speech. Finally, global health people like global health people as we are on the same mission.
