Since pregnant teens have been identified as a high risk population for nonreproductive and reproductive health risks, there has been a need to focus cessation intervention research on this group of smokers. The remainder of the slides will provide information from a recently conducted study of a sample of pregnant inner-city adolescent teens recruited here in Pittsburgh.
